Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the QIOKO platform operated by QIOKO, LLC (“QIOKO”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Risk notice: QIOKO is a GPU compute and reward platform. Crypto deposits and on-chain operations are irreversible. Hourly reward figures are estimates, not guarantees. Operating nodes requires maintaining a verified account, keeping funds, and complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

The Service lets you rent virtualized GPU nodes across several regions, run AI workloads, receive hourly compute output to your internal balance, and deposit / withdraw funds via supported methods. Node tiers, pricing, regions, and available AI model profiles are listed on the public landing page and inside the dashboard and may change.

5. Suspension and appeals

We may suspend or restrict an account when we reasonably suspect abuse, legal risk, or violation of these Terms. You will be shown a reason and may submit an appeal from the in-app Support screen. Appeals are answered from the same case thread; repeated duplicate appeals may be rejected without review.

6. Content you submit

You keep your rights in the data and files you submit (verification files, support attachments, node configurations). You grant us a limited license to process and store them solely to operate the Service and to comply with the law.

7. Intellectual property

The QIOKO platform, name, design, UI and code are owned by QIOKO, LLC and protected by IP law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership. Third-party AI model names (Llama, Mistral, Qwen, DeepSeek, Mixtral, GPT, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that hourly estimates will match actual earnings.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QIOKO’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to QIOKO in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QIOKO, its officers and employees from any third-party claim arising out of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Support. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule of your country gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
