To get a useful answer on the first reply, please include as much of this as you can:
- The email on your QIOKO account (or the public account ID if you have one).
- A short description of what happened and when (UTC time or your local time).
- For wallet issues: transaction hash, the network used (TRC20, BEP20, etc.) and the exact amount.
- For suspensions: the alert text you see in the dashboard and whether you have already filed an appeal from Support.
- For custom servers: target GPU, RAM, region and estimated workload profile.

Account and login
Forgot password, MFA reset, device change. We will ask you to verify from your account email and, if the account is financially active, to complete identity verification.
Deposits and withdrawals
Missing deposits are almost always either still waiting for confirmations or were sent on a different network than the deposit address. Always share the transaction hash. Withdrawals to a new address may be delayed by a short manual review.
Verification
If verification is “required”, your earnings are paused until it is approved; they resume automatically on approval. See the Privacy Policy for what we do with verification files.

Send subpoenas, data-subject requests (GDPR/CCPA access / export / deletion) and press inquiries to support@qioko.com with a clear subject line. We verify the identity of the requester before releasing any personal data.
