Account & email verification

Signing up, confirming your email, and resetting your password.
Do I need to verify my email to use QIOKO? +

Not for everyday stuff. You can sign up, launch nodes, earn, invite friends, and tweak your settings without verifying your email.

The one thing that is gated is withdrawals — we need to know we can reach you before sending crypto out. So the moment you decide to cash out, you'll be asked to confirm your email first.

How long is the email confirmation link valid? +

Email verification links live for 24 hours, and each one is single-use — once you click it, it's burned. If you waited too long, just request a new one from the verification banner in your account.

Heads up You can request up to 3 emails per hour across all flows (verify, password reset, 2FA reset). Past that we'll quietly throttle to keep things tidy.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it? +

Hit "Forgot password?" on the login screen and we'll email you a reset link. A few things to know:

  • The link is valid for 30 minutes — short on purpose, for safety.
  • You can request up to 3 reset emails per hour.
  • After you reset, every active session is logged out. You'll need to sign in again on every device.
  • We'll send you a confirmation email with the IP that did the change. If that wasn't you, contact support fast.
Privacy note For your safety, the reset form will always say "If that email exists, we sent a link." We won't confirm or deny whether your address is registered — that's to stop attackers from harvesting valid emails.
My account gets locked after a few wrong passwords. How long? +

To protect your account, we lock the door after too many wrong attempts:

  • 5 wrong passwords in a row → 5-minute timeout.
  • 10 wrong passwords in a row → 15-minute timeout.

Just wait it out — the lock clears automatically. If you genuinely don't remember your password, use "Forgot password?" instead of guessing.

How long does a login session last? +

You stay signed in for 24 hours per device. After that you'll be asked to log in again.

Sessions are reset whenever you change your password, reset 2FA, or sign out — so if you suspect something's off, change your password and every other device is kicked out instantly.

D

Deposits

Topping up your balance with crypto.
Which coins and networks can I deposit? +

We currently accept:

  • USDT on the TRC20 network (Tron)
  • BTC on the Bitcoin mainnet
  • ETH on Ethereum mainnet (ERC20)
  • LTC on Litecoin

Always send through the right network — sending USDT on ERC20 to a TRC20 address means losing the funds. We can't recover misrouted transfers.

Is there a minimum deposit? +

Technically no — even $0.01 registers as a deposit on your account. But because every coin's network fee eats into the amount you receive, we recommend topping up enough at once to cover your first node's setup and a few hours of runtime.

How long until my deposit shows up? +

Deposits go through manual review for security. The flow looks like this:

  1. Send the crypto to the address shown in your Wallet.
  2. Paste the transaction hash (TXID) and amount into the deposit form.
  3. Our team confirms the on-chain transfer and credits your balance.

Most deposits are reviewed within a few hours during business hours. If something's stuck for more than 24 hours, message support with your TXID.

Why manual review? We'd rather take a few hours to verify each deposit than auto-credit ghost transactions and have to claw them back later. It's annoying once; it keeps the platform honest forever.
Can I reuse the same deposit address? +

Yes. Each user has a fixed receiving address per coin — bookmark it if you like. New deposits to the same address always credit to your account, as long as you submit the TXID for review.

I don't own crypto yet — where do I buy it? +

You'll need a small amount of USDT (TRC20), BTC, ETH, or LTC. Two routes, pick whichever is friendlier in your country:

1. Regulated centralized exchanges — register with ID verification, fund with a bank transfer or card, then withdraw the coin to your QIOKO deposit address.

  • Binance — global, broadest coin support, accepts cards/SEPA/wire
  • Kraken — strong KYC, popular in US/EU
  • Coinbase — simplest onboarding, US/EU/UK
  • Bybit, OKX, KuCoin — international, lighter KYC at small volumes

After buying, hit Withdraw on the exchange, paste your QIOKO deposit address, pick the correct network (e.g. TRC20 for USDT), and confirm.

2. Trusted P2P / online exchangers — faster, no KYC for small amounts, pay with card/bank/cash. Always check the rating before sending money.

Three rules to not lose money:
  1. Always send a tiny test transfer first ($1–5) before the real amount.
  2. Match the network exactly — USDT on TRC20 ≠ USDT on ERC20.
  3. Never share your QIOKO password, 2FA codes, or wallet seed with an "exchanger support" — neither QIOKO nor any legitimate exchange will ever ask.

QIOKO has no commercial relationship with the exchanges or exchangers above — links are provided as a convenience based on widely-used reputable options. Use at your own due diligence.

Withdrawals

Cashing out — limits, holds, and timing.
What's the minimum withdrawal? +

$50 USD equivalent, in any supported coin. We don't charge a platform fee on withdrawals — what you request is what we send.

How long do withdrawals take? +

Every withdrawal goes through manual review. The states you'll see are:

  • Pending — submitted, waiting for our team.
  • Approved — sent on-chain. Done.
  • Declined — refunded back to your balance with a reason.

Most requests are reviewed within a few hours during business hours. After approval, on-chain confirmation depends on the network you chose (TRC20 is fastest, Bitcoin can take an hour or so).

Why is part of my balance "locked" or "reserved"? +

If you have running nodes, we hold back enough to cover 5 days of rental costs. This is the "rent reserve" — it protects you from running out mid-billing-cycle and getting your nodes paused.

Your withdrawable balance = total balance − rent reserve. The reserve scales with how much hardware you're running.

If you try to withdraw too much You'll see FUNDS_RESERVED with the exact available amount. Either lower your withdrawal, or stop a node to free up the reserve.
Why am I being asked to verify my identity before withdrawing? +

If our compliance team has flagged your account for verification, you'll need to complete it before any withdrawal will go through. We use this sparingly — typically when there's a mismatch in account signals or for larger amounts.

See the Verification section below for what's needed and how long it takes.

Are there fees on withdrawals? +

No platform fee. We absorb the on-chain network fee on your behalf — the amount you request is exactly the amount we send.

What's the daily limit? +

There's no hard daily cap by default — the practical limit is your withdrawable balance (total minus reserve). If you're moving a large amount in a short window, expect a verification review.

My withdrawal was declined. What now? +

When a withdrawal is declined, the full amount goes straight back to your balance — you don't lose anything. The decline reason is visible in your transaction history.

Most common reasons: address typo, wrong network selected, or a compliance check that needs verification first. Fix the cause and resubmit.

R

Referrals

Bring friends, earn forever. Here's exactly how it works.
How does the referral program work? +

You get a personal referral link from your account page. Share it. When a friend signs up through that link and tops up their account, you start earning passive income from their activity — automatically and forever.

Two perks stack on top of each other:

  • 3% hourly passive income from each qualified referral's running node rate.
  • +2% AI Power bonus per qualified referral to your own nodes' earn rate. Five referrals = +10% to everything you earn personally.
When does a referral "count"? +

A referral becomes qualified the moment they deposit anything (even $0.01). Until they deposit, they're attributed to you but not yet contributing to your earnings.

This rule exists to stop bot accounts from inflating referral counts.

When does referral commission get paid? +

Referral income is calculated and credited every 60 minutes by the system. It lands in your balance as a bonus transaction labeled referral:income.

If our scheduler is briefly down or you've been offline, we'll catch up — but no single hourly tick will credit more than 24 hours of back-pay at once, to protect against accidental double-payments.

How is the +2% AI Power bonus applied? +

It's a multiplier on your own nodes' earn rate. Formula:

your_earn_rate × (1 + 0.02 × qualified_referrals)

So with 10 qualified referrals, your nodes earn 20% more — for as long as those referrals stay active.

How long do I have to bring my first referral? +
Important — 5-day retention rule New accounts need at least one qualified referral within 5 days of signup. If nobody you invited has deposited by then, your account is auto-suspended.

This rule keeps the network growing organically. It's not a punishment — accounts auto-suspended for this reason can usually appeal and reactivate. See the Suspensions section.

Is there a level system? Do I earn from my referrals' referrals? +

No multi-level. Only your direct referrals count toward your bonuses and passive income. We keep it simple: refer someone, earn from them.

Can I refer myself? +

Please don't try. Self-referral attempts, duplicate accounts, and obvious referral fraud all lead to a permanent suspension of both accounts and forfeiture of any earned bonuses.

N

Nodes & earnings

GPU rentals, deployment times, and how the money actually flows.
What GPU tiers can I rent, and what do they cost? +
Trial · T4
Free
$0.40/hr earn
A10
$0.42/hr
$19 setup · $1.20/hr earn
L40S
$1.85/hr
$49 setup · $4.60/hr earn
H100
$6.40/hr
$129 setup · $18.00/hr earn
B200
$18.90/hr
$299 setup · $52.00/hr earn

Your net hourly = (earn rate − rental rate) × your AI Power multiplier.

How long does each node take to deploy? +

Deployment time depends on the hardware:

  • Trial (T4) — instant
  • A10 — about 3 hours
  • L40S — about 8 hours
  • H100 — about 12 hours
  • B200 — about 16 hours

You pay the setup fee upfront and your node starts earning once it goes live. Until then, you'll see it in pending state on your Fleet page.

Why is there a chance my node fails? +

Real hardware misbehaves. We simulate that honestly: there's roughly an 8% chance a node can drop into an error state at some point during a session. When that happens, your earnings up to that moment are settled and the node stops billing you.

To recover, just hit Restart on the node.

Want immunity? The Auto-Restart upgrade ($250 one-time) restarts failed nodes for you automatically — the system sweeps every 5 minutes. VIP tier ($500) also skips the failure roll entirely and protects against regional maintenance.
What's the trial node — is it really free? +

Yes. Every new account gets one free T4 trial node, instant deploy, $0/hour. It runs for up to 24 hours and lets you see the platform earn money before you commit a dollar.

The trial is a one-time deal per account. Once it's collected, stopped, or expires, that's it — you'll need to launch a paid tier next.

How many nodes can I run at once? +

By default, up to 4 active nodes. If you need more capacity, additional slots are available as one-time upgrades — pricing starts at $75 and steps up by $25 with each slot you've already added.

When can I withdraw what I've earned? +

Earnings credit to your balance automatically, hour by hour — there's no hold period on income itself. The only constraint is the 5-day rent reserve for any nodes still running. See the Withdrawals section.

What happens if my balance can't cover the next rental hour? +

The node is paused gracefully. You won't be charged for time you can't pay for — top up and resume.

S

Security & two-factor authentication

2FA setup, recovery, and what to do if you lose your phone.
How do I enable 2FA? +

From Account → Security, scan the QR code with any standard authenticator app — Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, Bitwarden, Aegis, they all work (TOTP standard).

When you confirm setup, we generate a set of recovery codes. Save them somewhere safe — these are your "I lost my phone" escape hatch.

Strongly recommended Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the chance of someone draining your balance even if they manage to phish your password. Five minutes of setup, infinite peace of mind.
I lost my authenticator. How do I recover? +

Use one of the recovery codes you saved when you enabled 2FA — sign in normally, then enter a recovery code on the 2FA challenge page. Each code works once.

If you've lost both your authenticator and your recovery codes, contact us on Telegram and we'll verify your identity manually.

Contact us on Telegram

How fast does 2FA's "pending" code expire after I enter my password? +

5 minutes. If you enter your password and then walk away, your half-finished login expires. Just sign in again — no harm done.

When I'm asked to solve a captcha — why? +

We use a lightweight in-house captcha at sensitive entry points:

  • Account registration
  • Password reset requests
  • 2FA reset requests

It's not Google reCAPTCHA — no tracking. Just a small challenge to slow down bots.

V

Identity verification

When it kicks in, what we need, and how long it takes.
When will I be asked to verify? +

Most accounts never see a verification request. It's triggered when our compliance team has a reason — for example, unusual account signals, larger amounts being moved, or a routine review. When it does happen, you'll see a banner in your account and a deadline (immediate, 1, 3, 7, or 10 days, depending on the case).

What do you need from me? +

There are up to three sections, depending on what you've been asked for:

  • Identity — full name, date of birth, residence address, plus a clear photo of one valid ID document (passport, driver's license, or national ID card).
  • Financial (sometimes) — employment status, source of funds, the exchange or wallet you typically use.
  • Wallet (sometimes) — confirm ownership of the wallet you withdraw to.
What files can I upload? +
  • Formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF.
  • Up to 2 files per submission (front + back for license/ID; single file for passport).
  • Max 4 MB per file, 8 MB total.

We validate file types by inspecting the file itself, not just the extension — so renaming a .exe to .jpg won't fool us, and a genuine photo from your phone always works.

What can I do while my verification is pending? +

While a verification request is open and unmet, two things pause:

  • Withdrawals are blocked.
  • Earnings stop accruing on your nodes during the open window — hours during this gap are not recoverable after.

Once you're verified, everything resumes immediately on the next hourly tick. The faster you submit, the less time you lose.

How long does review take? +

Most submissions are reviewed within a business day. Status moves through:

  • Required — submit something.
  • Pending — we're reviewing.
  • Action required — we need more info; check the message.
  • Verified — done. Withdrawals re-open.
Can I resubmit a section? +

Each section can only be submitted once. If we send it back with "Action required," reply with the additional info we asked for — but the original section becomes read-only. If you uploaded the wrong file, contact support.

!

Suspensions & appeals

What can pause your account, and how to get it back.
Why might my account be suspended? +

Three things can lead to a suspension:

  • Auto: no referral in 5 days — you signed up but didn't bring any qualified referrals in your first 5 days.
  • Auto: no deposit in 3 days — you signed up but never deposited even $0.01 within 3 days.
  • Manual — our team has flagged your account for a policy concern.

If you're suspended, you'll see a red banner with the reason and an Appeal button.

What happens to my balance and nodes when I'm suspended? +

Nothing is deleted right away. Your running nodes are paused (with earnings settled up to that moment), and your balance stays put. You can still log in and view your account, but POST actions (withdrawals, new rentals, etc.) are blocked until the suspension is lifted.

How do I appeal? +

Click the Appeal button in the banner. Write a short message explaining your case and submit. You'll see a "Pending" status while we review.

One shot per suspension You can file one appeal per suspension. Use it wisely — once submitted, you can't open a second case for the same suspension.

If your appeal is approved, your account is reactivated immediately and your nodes can resume. If declined, the suspension stands.

Can my account be deleted forever? +

Yes — but only for manually suspended accounts that stay suspended for more than 7 days. After that window we hard-delete the account, cancel any pending withdrawals, and disable saved payment methods. Auto-suspended accounts (the 3-day / 5-day rules) aren't auto-deleted — they wait indefinitely for an appeal.
