Not for everyday stuff. You can sign up, launch nodes, earn, invite friends, and tweak your settings without verifying your email.
The one thing that is gated is withdrawals — we need to know we can reach you before sending crypto out. So the moment you decide to cash out, you'll be asked to confirm your email first.
Email verification links live for 24 hours, and each one is single-use — once you click it, it's burned. If you waited too long, just request a new one from the verification banner in your account.
Hit "Forgot password?" on the login screen and we'll email you a reset link. A few things to know:
To protect your account, we lock the door after too many wrong attempts:
Just wait it out — the lock clears automatically. If you genuinely don't remember your password, use "Forgot password?" instead of guessing.
You stay signed in for 24 hours per device. After that you'll be asked to log in again.
Sessions are reset whenever you change your password, reset 2FA, or sign out — so if you suspect something's off, change your password and every other device is kicked out instantly.
We currently accept:
Always send through the right network — sending USDT on ERC20 to a TRC20 address means losing the funds. We can't recover misrouted transfers.
Technically no — even $0.01 registers as a deposit on your account. But because every coin's network fee eats into the amount you receive, we recommend topping up enough at once to cover your first node's setup and a few hours of runtime.
Deposits go through manual review for security. The flow looks like this:
Most deposits are reviewed within a few hours during business hours. If something's stuck for more than 24 hours, message support with your TXID.
Yes. Each user has a fixed receiving address per coin — bookmark it if you like. New deposits to the same address always credit to your account, as long as you submit the TXID for review.
You'll need a small amount of USDT (TRC20), BTC, ETH, or LTC. Two routes, pick whichever is friendlier in your country:
1. Regulated centralized exchanges — register with ID verification, fund with a bank transfer or card, then withdraw the coin to your QIOKO deposit address.
After buying, hit Withdraw on the exchange, paste your QIOKO deposit address, pick the correct network (e.g. TRC20 for USDT), and confirm.
2. Trusted P2P / online exchangers — faster, no KYC for small amounts, pay with card/bank/cash. Always check the rating before sending money.
QIOKO has no commercial relationship with the exchanges or exchangers above — links are provided as a convenience based on widely-used reputable options. Use at your own due diligence.
$50 USD equivalent, in any supported coin. We don't charge a platform fee on withdrawals — what you request is what we send.
Every withdrawal goes through manual review. The states you'll see are:
Most requests are reviewed within a few hours during business hours. After approval, on-chain confirmation depends on the network you chose (TRC20 is fastest, Bitcoin can take an hour or so).
If you have running nodes, we hold back enough to cover 5 days of rental costs. This is the "rent reserve" — it protects you from running out mid-billing-cycle and getting your nodes paused.
Your withdrawable balance = total balance − rent reserve. The reserve scales with how much hardware you're running.
FUNDS_RESERVED with the exact available amount. Either lower your withdrawal, or stop a node to free up the reserve.
If our compliance team has flagged your account for verification, you'll need to complete it before any withdrawal will go through. We use this sparingly — typically when there's a mismatch in account signals or for larger amounts.
See the Verification section below for what's needed and how long it takes.
No platform fee. We absorb the on-chain network fee on your behalf — the amount you request is exactly the amount we send.
There's no hard daily cap by default — the practical limit is your withdrawable balance (total minus reserve). If you're moving a large amount in a short window, expect a verification review.
When a withdrawal is declined, the full amount goes straight back to your balance — you don't lose anything. The decline reason is visible in your transaction history.
Most common reasons: address typo, wrong network selected, or a compliance check that needs verification first. Fix the cause and resubmit.
You get a personal referral link from your account page. Share it. When a friend signs up through that link and tops up their account, you start earning passive income from their activity — automatically and forever.
Two perks stack on top of each other:
A referral becomes qualified the moment they deposit anything (even $0.01). Until they deposit, they're attributed to you but not yet contributing to your earnings.
This rule exists to stop bot accounts from inflating referral counts.
Referral income is calculated and credited every 60 minutes by the system. It lands in your balance as a bonus transaction labeled referral:income.
If our scheduler is briefly down or you've been offline, we'll catch up — but no single hourly tick will credit more than 24 hours of back-pay at once, to protect against accidental double-payments.
It's a multiplier on your own nodes' earn rate. Formula:
your_earn_rate × (1 + 0.02 × qualified_referrals)
So with 10 qualified referrals, your nodes earn 20% more — for as long as those referrals stay active.
This rule keeps the network growing organically. It's not a punishment — accounts auto-suspended for this reason can usually appeal and reactivate. See the Suspensions section.
No multi-level. Only your direct referrals count toward your bonuses and passive income. We keep it simple: refer someone, earn from them.
Please don't try. Self-referral attempts, duplicate accounts, and obvious referral fraud all lead to a permanent suspension of both accounts and forfeiture of any earned bonuses.
Your net hourly = (earn rate − rental rate) × your AI Power multiplier.
Deployment time depends on the hardware:
You pay the setup fee upfront and your node starts earning once it goes live. Until then, you'll see it in pending state on your Fleet page.
Real hardware misbehaves. We simulate that honestly: there's roughly an 8% chance a node can drop into an error state at some point during a session. When that happens, your earnings up to that moment are settled and the node stops billing you.
To recover, just hit Restart on the node.
Yes. Every new account gets one free T4 trial node, instant deploy, $0/hour. It runs for up to 24 hours and lets you see the platform earn money before you commit a dollar.
The trial is a one-time deal per account. Once it's collected, stopped, or expires, that's it — you'll need to launch a paid tier next.
By default, up to 4 active nodes. If you need more capacity, additional slots are available as one-time upgrades — pricing starts at $75 and steps up by $25 with each slot you've already added.
Earnings credit to your balance automatically, hour by hour — there's no hold period on income itself. The only constraint is the 5-day rent reserve for any nodes still running. See the Withdrawals section.
The node is paused gracefully. You won't be charged for time you can't pay for — top up and resume.
From Account → Security, scan the QR code with any standard authenticator app — Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, Bitwarden, Aegis, they all work (TOTP standard).
When you confirm setup, we generate a set of recovery codes. Save them somewhere safe — these are your "I lost my phone" escape hatch.
Use one of the recovery codes you saved when you enabled 2FA — sign in normally, then enter a recovery code on the 2FA challenge page. Each code works once.
If you've lost both your authenticator and your recovery codes, contact us on Telegram and we'll verify your identity manually.
5 minutes. If you enter your password and then walk away, your half-finished login expires. Just sign in again — no harm done.
We use a lightweight in-house captcha at sensitive entry points:
It's not Google reCAPTCHA — no tracking. Just a small challenge to slow down bots.
Most accounts never see a verification request. It's triggered when our compliance team has a reason — for example, unusual account signals, larger amounts being moved, or a routine review. When it does happen, you'll see a banner in your account and a deadline (immediate, 1, 3, 7, or 10 days, depending on the case).
There are up to three sections, depending on what you've been asked for:
We validate file types by inspecting the file itself, not just the extension — so renaming a .exe to .jpg won't fool us, and a genuine photo from your phone always works.
While a verification request is open and unmet, two things pause:
Once you're verified, everything resumes immediately on the next hourly tick. The faster you submit, the less time you lose.
Most submissions are reviewed within a business day. Status moves through:
Each section can only be submitted once. If we send it back with "Action required," reply with the additional info we asked for — but the original section becomes read-only. If you uploaded the wrong file, contact support.
Three things can lead to a suspension:
If you're suspended, you'll see a red banner with the reason and an Appeal button.
Nothing is deleted right away. Your running nodes are paused (with earnings settled up to that moment), and your balance stays put. You can still log in and view your account, but POST actions (withdrawals, new rentals, etc.) are blocked until the suspension is lifted.
Click the Appeal button in the banner. Write a short message explaining your case and submit. You'll see a "Pending" status while we review.
If your appeal is approved, your account is reactivated immediately and your nodes can resume. If declined, the suspension stands.
Yes — but only for manually suspended accounts that stay suspended for more than 7 days. After that window we hard-delete the account, cancel any pending withdrawals, and disable saved payment methods. Auto-suspended accounts (the 3-day / 5-day rules) aren't auto-deleted — they wait indefinitely for an appeal.
